Phone Center - Service allow the call billing, after being authorised by INFInIT, in accordance with the different pre-defined price lists to the Reseller and to the Phone Center using an efficient RTBS engine. Each level is marked with its specific functionalities, thus making it easierer and more effective to manage the whole system. The Reseller level may request directly the new CLI activation, he is allowed to examine a more detailed report, with his margin for each call, and also create sale price list, derived from the purchase price list received from the Administrator, for the assignment to the Phone Center. Lastly, the Administrator and the Operator levels oversee the whole system maintenance with higher functionalities such as new account insert, branches and CLI activation, Price List and Models creation, complete report examinations and comparisons with the traffic delivery price lists. INFIniT automatically sends to the different system levels e-mail or sms warning about the relevant service changes such as price list update, credit recharging or CLI requests.

Scratch Card - Scratch Card is a standard prepaid card that enables the owner to make calls through a green number. The INFInIT embedded IVR, collecting DTMF, guides the user through a set of possible choices, like the opportunity to check his own credit or to forward the call towards a number. The user can also view his remaining credit and his calls details thanks to a friendly web interface. The administrator is able to automatically generate new PINs and serial numbers which identify the cards, and obviously check all the card full reports.
LCR wholesale - The INFInIT LCR solution meets the operational needs of a particular kind of business known as "carrier to carrier". The application can handle all interconnections between carriers. It manages dynamically QoS parameters such as ASR, ACD, and PDD. Thanks to real time updated statistics the LCR can be used as an active tool to choose the best destination, both in terms of trunk as well as of single calls. The integration with the billing system allows the synchronization of the sale/ purchase price lists so that to optimize time management and to avoid redundancy.
